Protecting Communities & Ecosystems

Power Electrics has made substantial investments in depot infrastructure to ensure the highest standards of environmental protection. This includes best-in-class interceptors to prevent contamination and dedicated bunding to prevent spills and contain leakages.

Beyond hardware, we enforce robust environmental procedures: routine interceptor inspections and maintenance, scheduled sump and filter changes, incident response drills, and full traceability of fuel movements. Staff receive regular training in spill prevention, safe refuelling and hazardous-material handling, and our on-site signage and containment equipment are maintained to regulatory standards.

These measures reduce contamination risk, support regulatory compliance, and demonstrate our commitment to responsible operations — delivering reliable temporary power while safeguarding communities and the environment.

Protecting Communities & Ecosystems

We’ve been working closely with Power Electrics across our project, and their support has been excellent from start to finish. The reliability of their equipment and the team’s proactive, solutions-focused approach has made a real difference, particularly as we integrate more sustainable and hybrid power options on site.

Why Sustainable Temporary
Power Matters

Temporary power must be resilient, efficient and cost-effective. We have invested in the latest technology and best practices to reduce fuel consumption and onsite emissions without compromising uptime or safety — protecting project schedules, workforce health and local environments.

Sustainable temporary power options are also essential to remain compliant with ever-increasing legislation. The implementation of low-emission zones across the UK and the need to adhere to Net-Zero emissions targets, means that businesses across the UK must adapt to using sustainable temporary power solutions.
