Power Electrics is the trading name of Power Electrics (Bristol) Ltd (the Company). The following Privacy Policy applies to all subsidiary companies within our group.

The Company collects data to operate effectively and to provide you with the best experience with’ our products. You will provide this data directly to us when you submit an enquiry for any of our products or services over the phone, via the website, through email or by letter. We will occasionally gain data from qualified third-party vendors in order to provide you with the service or product that you require.

We will only ever collect personal data which is required for us to perform the contract, for example contact and employer details.

The personal data we do collect, we retain for the following periods:

  • Legal: We are required to meet legal obligations in terms of retention periods for some data, such as financial records and information.
  • Contractual: Your data will be retained for the duration of your contract, as required by us to fulfil our contractual obligations. Following the end of the contract term we retain your information for a period of 3 years for marketing and business analysis purposes.

When communicating marketing messages to you, we always seek consent prior to sending any communication about technical blogs, company news, technical events, or latest offers.
